    • Led modernization of 100+ components on the Partner Program platform used by thousands of enterprise partners: an 8-month migration with zero downtime.
    • Shipped a complex, ambiguous product workflow in under two sprints, enabling enterprise deal negotiations worth $8M+.
    • Designed and shipped new APIs and backend logic in a core Java service, including database schema changes.
    • Integrated a payment processing flow for enterprise customers, cutting transaction processing costs by 1% at scale.
    • Introduced Jest, SonarQube and a 130+ scenario regression suite, which took coverage to 90%+ and prevented several production incidents.
